"Wonderful working with Juan and his crew! They did a fantastic job replacing our very old shake roof with a beautiful color of Certainteed presidential shake. We went back-and-forth on color choices and style for a while but are so glad we chose what we did and went with these guys. They took the time needed to do a great job that was high quality. I’m so glad we went with Country Road and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future looking into replace the roof."

"Amazing service!! Thank you so much!"

"We had a great experience with Country Roads Exteriors replacing our roof. The crew was friendly, kept us informed each step of the way, and were quick to answer questions. The work was completed efficiently and on schedule. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company."

"We are very pleased with Country Road Exteriors. They are honest, trustworthy and do quality work with quality products that last. Thank you for all you do!"

"Great job replacing and upgrading my roof including roof, new vents from bathroom and kitchen fans to the outside, and fascia board that was rotting. Guys doing roof were friendly and Juan the owner was very friendly and easy to deal with."

"Outstanding job, We will be using Country roads exteriors for all our exterior projects. From start to finish this was the least stressful experience I have ever had with a contractor. The crew is very experienced and professional."

"I have never replaced a roof before, and interviewed six contractors for the job. Juan stood out. He wasn't interested in BS, he was upfront that he was concerned about the safety of his employees and explained what that meant for my roof. He didn't come out as the lowest bid, but I was confident that he would do a great job after talking with him, and I didn't get that confidence from the other roofing companies. Juan worked with me on price, was a great communicator during the whole process, and his crew did a great job. They even took in my garbage to make sure I didn't walk through any of the roofing debris while they were working. One of the workers damaged a screen on my window, and not only did they replace that screen, they also replaced two others to make sure they matched. I had a great experience with Juan and his crew, and would highly recommend them for anyone with roofing needs."

"This company did the most thorough job assessment of the 3 contractors who did an estimate of the work needed. Juan was so easy to talk to as well as his employees. The work was spot on. The project was an old house that has been neglected for a long time. All in all, the metal roof was about $2k more than an asphalt shingled roof. The roof fits in with the neighborhood and turned out awesome looking. Country Roads Exteriors added needed decking over the existing roof decking planks, did a fairly neat tear off of old roof and replaced with metal roof. They replaced almost all fascia boards covering the eves on a hipped roof as well as gutters all the way around with a gutter guard on the north side of roof. Great company to work with open and easy communication via text and email. I recommend this business based on work ethic, final work outcome and materials used."

"Juan was super nice, and offered to consult with us about our roof, even if we didn't end up hiring him. He seemed very knowledgeable and was good at communicating in a way we could understand. That gave me the impression that he genuinely loves what he does. Our roof leaked in December during a rain storm, and in the resulting cascade of bad news, we discovered our roof was actually leaking everywhere, and was riddled with mold, due to poor installation, lack of ventilation and substandard materials, done by Home Depot. I was skeptical when Juan told me we needed a whole new roof, since our roof was only 7 years old. Our insurance adjuster even made it sound like Juan was just doing a sales tactic because we didn't technically need a new roof "yet". However, even the adjuster thought our roof would only last another year. When I got a 2nd opinion from another roofer, they told me they wouldn't even take the job unless it was a full re-roof because they couldn't give me any kind of guarantee on it being in such bad shape, and independently confirmed the roof, at best, had one year left. At that point, it occurred to me, why would I spend three or four grand to fix the roof now, and then spend the full ten to twelve grand in a year, either way? Replacing the entire roof now, was actually the cheaper option in the long run. Juan was right from the beginning, and that made me trust him, so I hired Country Roads. Juan was super responsive throughout the whole process. He let us know they had a surplus of the upgraded materials, if we were willing to go with a certain color, and we were, so he upgraded our materials and warranty at no extra cost! He even wrote us a letter and took pictures, so we could submit a claim to Sedgewick, under the Oregon Repose Statute, for reimbursement, since we had to replace our "new" roof so early in its life, not to mention we need to replace lots of drywall and remediate mold (expensive!!). Otherwise, we had a lot of fun chatting with the roofing crew and their journeyman Alex. They were impressively fast and they did a great job cleaning up every day. On the second day we brought them two dozen donuts for breakfast, and they were so happy you'd think we threw them a whole party. On the third day, the job was done before noon. I can't recommend Country Roads enough. 6 stars if I could."

"Great work! Very kind, communicative, efficient and adaptable."

"Highest rating for Juan and his crew at Country Roads. From bid to finish, it was amazing. Juan kept me informed all along the way. They were fast and efficient. Beautiful job."

"We contracted with Juan and Country Roads Exteriors to fully replace the roof of our 1940s primary house and the adjacent garage addition. Never having contracted for a roof replacement before, I can say that working with Juan and his team was a great experience. Their price beat what we received from competitors, and even though some issues were encountered during the project (as they inevitably are), there were no change orders. Juan and his team kept in contact with us through the project. The crew was professional and diligent, and the quality of the work was excellent, and they cleaned up things nicely. In addition, they came in ahead of schedule, even with intermittent rain during the project. Roofs can be a daunting expense for any homeowner, so it pays to shop around. But we would recommend making sure Country Roads Exteriors is one of the companies you call. They were great to work with, and we would gladly work with them again."

"My wife and I recently had Juan’s company do a complete replacement of the boards and roofing around our chimney. Our home’s roof had been done by a large companies that had done terrible work and it had resulted in a leak. I’ve been in the lumber and roofing industries myself for over 20 years and recognize the value that can be found in a ‘mom and pop’ business like Juan’s. We were not disappointed as Juan did fantastic work! Clearly he has quality roofers working for him as opposed to the large companies that hire subcontractors who do shoddy work. Juan ensured that my wife and I were very pleased with the final product. We highly recommend County Roads Exteriors!"

"Great pricing Excellent communication Quality work and clean up Extremely happy with the new roof."

"We had a great experience with Country Roads Exteriors on our roof and gutter project. Juan, the owner, was excellent to work with and very communicative throughout the process. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. We would definitely recommend them."

"Country Roads Roofing did an excellent job re-roofing my home! Juan and his team were so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work! I had an active roof leak and needed help quickly, and their team was responsive, professional, and reassuring from the start. Juan spent an hour with me evaluating all of my various options, advising me that replacing my entire roof was in my best interest due to the leakage and poor craftsmanship of the entire roof (I had already had my roof patched a few times before). He had more members of his team take a look as well and give their opinions. Other roofers offered to patch up the hole, but once the whole roof was torn off, it was discovered, like Juan guessed, that there was more damage underneath than previously thought. The wood was rotting and the trusses were warping due to all the excess weight from two layers of roofing and long term water damage. Juan and his team replaced plywood, added additional support to the trusses and made sure the entire job was done right. Also, they provided a fair and transparent estimate, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the entire job in just two days! They brought out 12 guys and had two layers of my roof torn off an then replace so fast! They got it all done right before the atmospheric river came through. The quality of their work and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. They even came out a few days later to do another inspection to make sure nothing was missed and they spray painted all pipes and hardware to make sure it matched my new black roof color. I’m very grateful for their prompt service and would highly recommend Country Roads Roofing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality roofing work. We've lived in our home for 9 years and this roof has been a nightmare the entire time, but not any longer! We are so thankful and I know it sounds cheesy, but I actually feel like I made a friend. Thank you Juan and team!"

"They did a great job on our roof replacement. Process was straightforward and communication was professional."

"Juan was very patient with my decision process. I was the fourth client in my cul de sac. I had the benefit of visualizing Different choices of roofing material. I opted for the higher grade metal roof Because I live surrounded by cedar trees. The installation happened as Juan scheduled and the clean-up was completed. I would highly recommend working with Country Road Exteriors."

"I cannot recommend Country Roads Exteriors enough! I had a roofer set in line and he backed up last minute and with the raining season hitting us really bad, Juan and his team came in to the rescue. These guys came within days and they’ve completely transformed my roof!! You’ll see the kind of work these guys do with the before and after photos i’ve posted here. These guys are quick, efficient, honest and above all value their clients."

"Juan was friendly and personable, answered all my questions thoroughly and completely! Definitely the way to go."

"Juan and his crew were excellent: great value, well organized, good communication throughout the project, and high quality roofing installation. We would definitely use them again!"

"Wonderful company to work with! Juan was very personable and knowledgeable off the get go! Very quick to respond and the crew was at my house with the roof completed in a blink of an eye, no more leaking ! Thanks guys"

"Got a completely new roof, resheeted and shingled as well as new gutters. The whole process was seamless. Great price, scheduled the job quickly, the crew showed up on the scheduled date and finished the same day, it was obvious they really know what they are doing. Customer service was top notch, Juan is very conscientious, has a great attitude and was always available for any questions or needs. Highly recommend!"

"I have a flat top roof on my garage that was leaking. I requested a quote from Country Roads and another company. Juan contacted me quickly and was out the following day. He gave me my options to repair the roof vs replacing it. I felt very comfortable with Juan and his ability to take care of my roof. The other roofing company that came out had a lot more reviews and more history. Juan’s quote was less than the others and I felt that he was right for the job. We were able to get scheduled fairly soon. Juan and his team showed up on time and did amazing work! After a few good rains, there are not any leaks. I would recommend Juan and his team to everyone"

"To paraphrase Tina Turner "simply the best, better than all the rest". I feel blessed that Country Roads replied to my search for a roofer. Juan, owner of Country Roads along with his project manager, Alex showed up quickly, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable bid which I accepted. All of us were so lucky to have a period of no rain during the installation. I want to say that I have never seen such hard workers, often working from dawn to dusk. Very professional company. I would hire them in a New York minute!!!"

"Country Road Exteriors was great to work with. They helped me troubleshoot a leak issue at no cost (turned out to be a solar panel installation issue). Once that was fixed I hired them to do some roof upkeep/improvements. They built us a “cricket” to keep water and debris away from the chimney, upgraded our exhaust pipe leak protection and repaired the roofing around the skylights. Excellent work and a pleasure to work with. Highly reccomended!"

"Juan and his team did an amazing job on our new roof! He was very quick to get back to me with a bid and anytime I had any questions which nowdays seems to be very rare for contractors! For the quality of work that was done on my house, the price seemed more than fair. Especially when compared to other bids I got from less reputable companies. The roof is still new so only storms and time will tell how good it truly is but I have 100% confidence I will have no issues down the road. I would and have reccomended Juan and his crew to many other since they did the work!"

"No one ever wants to smell mildew when they open their attic access door, and no one ever wants to hear that their roof is leaking. A new roof is a major expense, and it can be kind of scary to choose a contractor for a job of this size. With costs that can vary wildly, and quality/service outcomes that can do the same, finding the right company for the job can be a really stressful situation. After getting bids from four local companies, we decided to go with Juan of Country Roads Exteriors. We chose him for multiple reasons; first, despite multiple companies looking at the job, Juan was the only one who noted a broken truss and lack of insulation in our attic space. I felt confident that with that level of attention to detail, that he would do a great job for us. Second, his price was fantastic. Not only was he extremely competitive with other roofing contractors in the area, but he dealt with our change order for unexpected additional sheeting and repairs in an incredibly fair way. The entire process was very transparent, and I always knew where things stood. Although there were a lot of unknowns with our particular job, I never felt afraid that there would be huge unexpected expenses. Third, Juan is very responsive and an excellent communicator. It was obvious right away that happy customers and a job well done are his primary goals. Juan kept me informed at every step of the project, and provided fantastic workers for the job. I have put many many years into cultivating a beautiful garden around my home, and I was very nervous that there would be damage during the roofing job. But his crew was extremely careful about not damaging plants or leaving debris around my home. They also finished a day earlier than expected, which was such a bonus! They really went above and beyond. All in all, I am so pleased that we decided to go with Country Roads. Juan is extremely personable and easy to do business with. He made what could have been a significantly stressful situation actually quite delightful. I highly recommend Juan and his team to anyone looking to have roofing and/or gutter work done. My house looks beautiful, and I am very confident that I won’t have to worry about the roof for a very long time to come!"

"We had Country Roads Exteriors do a divinci select shake roof on a house in Garibaldi. Juan was prompt with getting to the job and getting back to me. Communication was great all the way through. His crew was super fast and the attention to detail on the install of the shake was excellent. Plan on having them do the shop roof in the future to match."

"Had them do 3 roofs for us. Stuck to the start dates and finish dates and communicated extremely well through the process. We will have them back for more roofing jobs next year."

"I was one of Country Roads Exteriors first customers. Juan was great to work with and his roofing crews are top notch. We have a 2000 sq ft home and needed a complete tear off of two layers of shingles. We also had some structural repairs needed and plywood damage. His crew had it completed in two days. The new roof looks beautiful and is perfect. We now have a 30 yr warranty which gives us a great sense of security. I would recommend them very highly."

"I have used Country Roads Exteriors LLC for a few new construction builds now. I used to do all my own roofing and got to a point where it made more sense to hire that phase out. Every roof that they have done for me has been top notch. Their crews are very clean and courteous when on the job and they don’t mess around. What really impresses me besides their work is the fact that they always respond to my calls and are super easy to work with. I’ve recommended them to a few different contractor buddies as well as homeowners looking for a roofer and everyone has been super happy with their work. So if your a Contractor or even just a homeowner looking for a new roof, re-roof or any roofing repairs I would highly recommend them."

"Country Roads Exteriors is the best! They are an amazing crew that did an incredible job on my A frame home. The expertise, customer care and professionalism of Juan, Alejandro, Alex and the rest of the crew is top notch. They took great care to clean up as they were doing the work and communicated with me every step of the way. I even threw in a curveball and added some skylights to the project, and they were very accommodating. If I ever need a new roof, or any metal work done I will call them! You should too!"

"My roof is large and complex, but I felt comfortable with Country Roads because of their attention to detail, professionalism, and quick response to my questions and concerns. Thank you Juan :)"

"They were on time to start and finished early. Great communication and updates on our roofing progress. Very mindful of our property, and cleaned up well. We are super happy to work with Juan and his crew and will call on them in the future for other roofing needs."
